An Albinistic Ruby-Throated Hummingbird in Covington, Louisiana Pictures Courtesy of John Owens This angelic bird is a female Ruby-Throated Hummingbird. Since it has dark eyes, a dark bill, and faint color on the back and tail, it is "albinistic" rather than "albino".
