How You Can Help

Your tax-deductible memberships and donations help fund all our banding and research efforts including the study of Ruby-throated and other hummingbirds wintering in the Eastern United States. They also support teaching and lecture programs conducted by HBSG nationally.

Your membership entitles you to four big 16 page newsletters each year. This includes regular reports on all banding activities as well as the dates for bird banding sessions at our Fort Morgan Bird banding Station, lecture dates and locations. You will also receive tips on attracting and feeding hummers and other birds, information on individual hummer species, articles by guest authors, editorial comments and more.
