2008 Calendar of Events
March 29 through April 10, 2008	Spring Bird Banding Bird banding will take place at Ft Morgan State Historical Park, Gulf Shores , Alabama . We will band all species that get in the nets including a few Hummingbirds. Banding will be from dawn until mid afternoon. There is a charge to get onto the State Park property. Once you get onto the park the bird banding is free. Bring a chair for each one in your party, water, bug spray, your camera and lunch if needed. April 21 through 26, 2008	Nature Quest Festival, Concan, TX Hummingbird banding demonstrations with Bob & Martha Sargent & Fred Bassett. October 4 through 16, 2008	Fall Bird Banding Our Fall banding session will be at Ft Morgan State Park, Gulf Shores , AL All birds will be banded that are caught in the nets, this will include a few hummers. Banding will take place from dawn till mid afternoon. Please pay the fee to get onto the park and then visit our free bird banding. Bring your chair, water, bug spray, camera and lunch if needed.
